Introduction
4LAN Bogdanów, Karkos, Opara, Szumny, Wojciechowski Spółka Jawna is committed to making its website accessible in line with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA and with the accessibility requirements for telecommunications services set out in the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act.
These requirements apply to us in full - the exemption the Act provides for microenterprises supplying services does not cover us.
This statement applies to the website 4lan.eu, including all its subpages and language versions.
This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA. The site itself - every subpage, the forms, the coverage checker and the accessibility panel - meets level AA. The non-compliances concern attached PDF documents only and are described below.
Compliance of the site itself was achieved during the rebuild carried out in 2026. Accessibility is verified on every content change and every publication of a new version.

The statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the party responsible for building the website.
Assessment method
Accessibility was assessed using three complementary methods:
- Automated testing with axe-core version 4.10, run on every subpage, in every language version, in both light and dark themes. Result: no violations detected.
- Manual testing - operating the entire site using the keyboard alone, verifying focus order and focus indicator visibility, checking alternative text for images, heading structure and form field labels.
- Contrast calculation - every combination of text and background colour was computed and meets at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
Accessibility features on the site
The site includes an accessibility panel, opened with the button in the bottom right corner of the screen. It offers:
- text enlargement in three steps, without breaking the layout,
- high contrast mode - black background, white text, yellow links,
- underlining of all links, including those distinguished by colour alone,
- increased spacing between lines, words and characters,
- stopping animations across the entire site.
Your chosen settings are stored in your browser and apply on subsequent visits.
Beyond the panel, the site provides:
- a light and dark theme switch that respects your operating system setting,
- full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator,
- a "Skip to content" link that bypasses navigation,
- correct heading structure and landmarks for screen readers,
- alternative descriptions for images that carry meaning,
- form and coverage checker messages announced to screen readers,
- respect for the system reduced-motion setting,
- a layout that adapts to the screen without horizontal scrolling, including at 200 percent zoom.
Keyboard shortcuts
- Alt + U - opens and closes the accessibility panel.
- Tab and Shift + Tab - move between elements.
- Escape - closes an open dialog, the accessibility panel or a suggestion list.
Apart from these, the site introduces no shortcuts of its own that could conflict with browser or assistive technology shortcuts.
Inaccessible content and exclusions
The site links to documents in PDF format - price lists, terms and conditions, contract templates and data protection information. Some of them were published before the rebuild and do not meet all accessibility requirements, in particular they lack structural tagging.

The base layer of the coverage map comes from an external provider and is not in itself accessible to screen readers. That is why the same coverage information is available through the address checker, which is fully operable by keyboard and with a screen reader and announces its result as text. The map supplements that information rather than being its only source.

Request and complaint procedure
Everyone has the right to request that a website, an element of it or information contained in it be made accessible. You may also request that information be provided in an alternative form, for example that an inaccessible document be read out or content that a screen reader cannot process be described.
A request should include the contact details of the person making it, an indication of the page or element concerned and the preferred means of contact. If you expect information in an alternative form, state the form that suits you.
We will fulfil the request without undue delay and no later than within 7 days of receiving it. If that deadline cannot be met, we will notify you and indicate a new deadline, no longer than 2 months from the date of the request.
