Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between fibre and radio internet?
Fibre is a cable run directly into the building - the highest speeds (up to 1000 Mbit/s) and the lowest latency. The radio network links the building to our mast wirelessly and we use it where the cable has not arrived yet. Neither option has a data cap.
How long does the installation take?
We agree the date individually when confirming the order - it depends on the technology and the technical conditions at the address. Your adviser will give an exact date when the contract is signed.
Do I have to buy a router?
No. The equipment needed for the service is included in the subscription. You can also connect your own hardware - we will help you set it up.
My address is not on the list - what now?

How do I pay for the subscription?
The easiest way is through the IBOK client area and Przelewy24 - BLIK, card or instant transfer. A regular bank transfer and payment at our office are also possible.
